Located in Tonglu County, Hangzhou, the Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Resort Park covers a massive planned area of approximately 3 square kilometers (about 740 acres). Designed to serve the entire East China region, it is a premier all-age, all-season, one-stop vacation destination. The project's master plan adopts a "One Belt, Three Zones" layout to seamlessly connect four core segments, encompassing a diverse array of operational formats including a world-class water park, an ice and snow world, an interactive petting zoo street, and luxury themed resort hotels.

The core aquatic zone of the resort stands out with exceptional design highlights, perfectly engineered for year-round profitability. The climate-controlled indoor area maintains a constant, comfortable temperature across all seasons and is anchored by Haisan Amusement's space-optimizing Go-through Wall Slide Combination, a custom-themed Water House, and an engaging Board Surfing Pool.
