How to choose purification materials for water park projects

The role of quartz sand filter material in water park and water softening projects has become increasingly prominent. When purchasing quartz sand filter material, the following points should be noted:

• Pay attention to the content of silicon dioxide in quartz sand filter material. The silicon dioxide content of high-purity quartz sand filter material is usually above 99.5%, without other harmful impurities such as heavy metals, and can be used in mineral water, purified water and other drinking water treatment projects.

• Check the powder content of the quartz sand filter material from the appearance. Keep your palm wet, randomly grab a certain amount of quartz sand filter material in your palm, and then spread it out. If there is a lot of fine powder left on the palm and fingers, it means that the quartz sand filter material is not clean in the selection process, and the powder content is too high, which is not conducive to water treatment.

• There should be no black substances. The mineral structure of quartz sand filter material determines that its appearance is white or slightly yellow. Black substances in appearance must be other harmful impurities.
