How to ensure the safety of the power system of water park equipment

Nowadays, many water rides are controlled by the power system. How should the water rides ensure the safety of the power system?

First, the electrical system
1. Voltage level, insulation resistance and grounding resistance should comply with the relevant provisions of GB8408;
2. The insulation between the primary and secondary windings of the power transformer with a working voltage not greater than 50V shall be equivalent to double insulation or reinforced insulation. The insulation resistance between the primary and secondary of the transformer is not less than 7MΩ, and the insulation resistance between the transformer winding and the metal casing is not less than 2MΩ;
3. Electrical equipment installed in wet places such as pump houses, swimming pools and floors should be provided with leakage protection devices;
4. The installation of electrical equipment shall comply with the requirements of the State regarding the construction and acceptance specifications of electrical installations;
5. The motor full load current should not be greater than the rated current of the motor;
6. The decorative lighting voltage that passengers can easily touch should use a safe voltage of no more than 50V.

Second, the control system
1. The control system must meet the requirements of the water amusement facility;
2. When using automatic control or interlock control, each electrical equipment (motor or solenoid valve, etc.) should be manually controlled separately;
3. The control components should be sensitive and reliable, easy to operate, and the operating buttons should be clearly marked;
4. The electrical switch operated by the passenger shall adopt a safe voltage of not more than 24V;
5. Signal devices such as sounds should be provided.

Third, the collector
1. The brush and the slip ring should be in good contact and meet the current capacity requirements. The minimum distance between the slip rings is 8mm. The slip ring withstand voltage test should have no breakdown or flashover phenomenon.
2. The slider and the sliding wire should be in good contact and meet the current capacity requirements. The slider seat should be flexible and reliable, and have sufficient compensation capacity. The sliding wire should be wear-resistant and the joint should be flat;
3. The exposed collector must be equipped with a rain cover. Through the power system to control its swing, how should children's water rides ensure the safety of the power system?
