It is necessary
to record all inspections, operating test, water quality monitoring and
control, all accidents and abnormalities faithfully by the way of log record.
The record should be kept at least 6 years from the date of final entry. The
record of 12 months before the date of final entry should always be kept useful
for future reference. Please refer to Annex A Common Routine Water Quality
Record.
The daily check of water slide
should include:
(1) Whether there is barrier in the
sliding line of the slide.
(2) Whether there is crack,
fragment or bubble on the sliding surface of the slide.
(3) Whether the joint contraction
of interface is coarse or cracked.
(4) Whether the joint of connecting
flange shows the sign of inverted boss and the straight-forward jump is over
2mm.
(5) Whether water leakage occurs at
the joint of connecting flange.
(6) Whether the guard plate at the
spiral section become loose.
(7) Whether there is any violent
shake when walking into the slide.
(8) Whether the flanged seam is
split.
(9) Whether the welding joint of
platform handrails shows the sign of crack and corrosion and all bolts become
loose.
The weekly check of water slide should include:
(1) Whether there is barrier in the
sliding line of the slide.
(2) Whether there is crack,
fragment or bubble on the sliding surface of the slide.
(3) Whether the joint contraction

(4) Whether the joint of connecting
